Job summary

You will open accounts, process a range of transactions, and support ongoing client onboarding through follow-up by mail and phone. Knowledge of banking regulations and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year in banking, client service, or related field with cash handling.
• Ability to perform lending, sales, or account management.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Accurate data entry using banking software and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with clients; provide tailored financial solutions.
• Open and manage bank accounts; oversee transactions and account closings.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• Handle inquiries and resolve service issues for clients.
• Onboard new clients with follow-up by mail and phone.
• Collaborate with business development and lending teams.
• Maintain knowledge of internal audits, laws, and bank policies.
• Explain rates and charges while ensuring disclosures and privacy compliance.
• Process wires, stop payments, cash advances, money orders, and checks.
• Support audits and regulatory exams with urgency.
• Adhere to policies and promote diversity and inclusion.
