Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and 2+ years proven retail sales, call center, customer service and/or telesales experience OR high school diploma or GED and 1 year proactive sales experience.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service
• Well-organized with time management and prioritization skills
• Demonstrated financial services product knowledge
• Ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy with internal and external customers
• Proficient with internet user-level technology

Responsibilities

• Identify customers' needs and present appropriate product and service options.
• Engage in branch sales, service and referrals to meet branch goals.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and risk controls.
• Schedule and prepare for appointments, and follow up with clients.
• Onboard new customers and educate them about value-added products and services.
