Qualifications

• Licensure: Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through greeting customers, identifying needs, and leveraging leads.
• Make recommendations in selling and cross-selling bank products and services.
• Identify and achieve weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Perform routine teller transactions and other operational duties.
• Follow risk management and regulatory compliance as required.
