• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests and sales functions.
• Contributes to meeting branch sales targets by developing and expanding client relationships.
• Refer complex client needs to internal specialists for appropriate solutions.
• Participates in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Ensure consistent client service by greeting clients, conducting transactions and uncovering needs.
