Truist Wealth is seeking a Regular position in the United States to deliver exceptional client service and develop customer relationships. The role includes cross-training to perform teller duties as needed and supports the branch in achieving sales objectives.

Candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced banking environment. The position requires flexibility for weekends/extended hours and adherence to policies.

Formación

• 4 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).

Responsabilidades

• Handle routine client maintenance requests and advanced sales functions.
• Contribute to meeting/exceeding client service and branch sales targets.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists for further assistance.
• Lead branch sales initiatives and act as an expert resource.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
