Job summary
Huntington National Bank is seeking a Financial Relationship Banker to join our Minnesota branch team. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposits, loans, and other banking solutions.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience in banking/financial services or goal-driven sales preferred.
- Ability to build and retain relationships across consumer and business customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
- Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through proactive outreach and referrals.
- Educate customers on bank products and online/mobile banking tools.
- Maintain knowledge of products, services, policies and regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to operational, security, risk, and compliance controls.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deepen relationships and cross-sell.
