Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Financial Relationship Banker in Minneapolis to help retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and recommending deposit, loan and other banking products and services.

You will provide excellent customer service, educate customers on bank technology, and work with colleagues to expand referrals while following risk and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year of customer service and sales in banking, financial services, or relevant field preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree and 1+ year in customer service or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments, referrals, and a structured sales process.
• Educating and referring customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Educating customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking usage.
• Maintaining knowledge of all products, services, technology and policies.
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
