Huntington Bancshares, Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking a Financial Relationship Banker to help consumer and business customers achieve their financial goals. You will grow relationships by proactively identifying needs and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products.

Deliver excellent customer service, educate customers on digital banking, and collaborate with partners to deepen relationships while following applicable policies and risk guidelines.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum 1 year customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 1 year or more in customer service and sales in banking or financial services.
• Licenses: background check requirements including fingerprinting per NMLS regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build partnerships.
• Educate customers on how to use bank technology (online, mobile, ATM).
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, policies and procedures; adhere to risk and regulatory guidelines.
