Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. seeks a Financial Relationship Banker to help consumers and small businesses achieve financial goals. You will retain and grow customer relationships by identifying needs and recommending deposit, loan and other banking products and services.

You will provide excellent service, educate customers on online and mobile banking, and refer clients to deepen partnerships while following security and regulatory policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year customer service and sales in banking or related field.
• Background check requirements including fingerprints per NMLS regulations.
• Bachelor's Degree and/or 1+ year of related experience preferred.
• Ability to build, deepen and retain customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
• Grow customer relationships through pre-set appointments and referrals.
• Educate customers on bank products, services and technology usage.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, policies and security requirements.
