Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year in banking, sales, or related experience.
• S.A.F.E Act registration required at employment.
• Ability to obtain Notary Public designation.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of bank products/services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in a busy banking center.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process loan applications.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions accurately.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and enroll them where appropriate.
• Use CRM tools to document interactions and meet sales goals.
