Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in retail banking or financial services, including direct experience performing both platform (account servicing and opening) and teller (transaction processing and cash handling) functions within a banking center environment.
• Demonstrated ability to perform client-facing platform functions, including account opening, account servicing, and responding to client inquiries within a banking center environment.
• Proven ability to support relationship management activities by identifying client needs and facilitating referrals, while partnering with Small Business Bankers and other lines of business.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and team goals.
• Service clients and open account referrals for larger branches.
• Develop and expand client relationships through cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain deposits and loan relationships via client referrals.
• Coordinate with lines of business to deliver seamless client experience.
