Job summary

City National Bank of Florida is seeking a Universal Banker to assist clients with exceptional service, handle transactions, and support bankers to ensure accurate and secure processing. You will promote products, balance cash, and contribute to a positive banking experience for customers.

You will build relationships, refer customers for additional services, and balance multiple responsibilities within a two-person team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of teller or cash-handling experience.
• Experience using customer-facing transaction systems.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Strong attention to detail and security awareness.
• Ability to refer clients to banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet clients to establish rapport and provide outstanding service.
• Assist clients in the lobby and teller line, referring to appropriate personnel to meet financial needs.
• Execute transactions with accuracy and efficiency while maximizing sales potential.
• Meet or exceed individual and team referral/sales goals.
• Identify client needs, ask questions, present benefits, handle objections, and close referrals.
• Develop business leads by scrubbing lists to provide referrals to sales staff.
