Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union in Eugene, Oregon, is seeking a Relationship Banker to serve as a frontline financial partner within a member-focused sales team. You’ll process routine transactions in person, by phone, and by email, and engage members in consultative discussions to tailor products and services to their financial goals.

Qualifications

• Six months in a fast-paced sales or customer service role required.
• Ability to listen to members' needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Notary certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process routine financial transactions for members including deposits and withdrawals.
• Establish and maintain member deposit and loan accounts.
• Provide high-quality member service and escalate issues when needed.
• Identify and recommend products and services to meet members' needs.
• Meet quarterly metrics and sales targets while adhering to compliance.
