Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Banker to act as a frontline financial partner. You’ll process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments in a fast-paced setting, while building trust with members and recommending tailored financial solutions.

You’ll handle inquiries in person, by phone, and via email, maintain accounts, and collaborate with service teams to meet sales targets and service objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months in a fast-paced sales or customer service role.
• Ability to listen to members' needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to express ideas concisely.

Responsibilities

• Process routine financial transactions for members in-person, over the phone, and by e-mail.
• Establish and maintain member deposit and loan accounts.
• Provide high-quality member service and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Identify and recommend products/services to meet member needs and partner with service teams.
• Meet quarterly metrics and sales targets, including campaigns and referrals.
• Complete required compliance training and stay updated on products and services.
• Perform account maintenance and update member information.
• Conduct follow-up calls for new and existing members.
