Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Banker in Seattle to act as a frontline financial partner for members. You’ll process deposits, withdrawals, and routine transactions in-person, over the phone, and by email, while building rapport and offering tailored products to meet financial goals.

You’ll engage in consultative conversations, meet sales targets, and participate in cross-functional teams, earning incentives for achieving quarterly goals while maintaining regulatory

Qualifications

• Six months in a fast-paced sales or customer service role
• Ability to listen to members’ needs and provide tailored product recommendations
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Strong time management and ability to work independently or in a team
• Experience using computer systems and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Process routine financial transactions for members with accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Establish and maintain member deposit and loan accounts
• Provide high-quality member service and address concerns promptly
• Identify and recommend products/services to meet member needs and partner with service teams
• Meet quarterly metrics, cross-selling, referrals, and sales targets
• Complete compliance training and stay current on products and services
• Perform account maintenance and follow-up/outbound calls
