Job summary

First Tech is hiring a Relationship Banker for its Oakridge Experience Center. You will engage with members in-person and remotely to identify needs, process transactions, open accounts, and cross-sell products, while meeting service and sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) months in a fast-paced sales or customer service role required; financial services experience preferred.
• Ability to listen to members' needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to express ideas concisely and logically.

Responsibilities

• Process routine financial transactions for members in-person, over the phone, and by e-mail.
• Establish and maintain member deposit and loan accounts.
• Provide high-quality member service and address concerns promptly.
