Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union in Redmond, WA is seeking a Relationship Banker to serve as a frontline financial partner. You will process routine transactions, open deposits and loan accounts, and deliver consultative member service in person, over the phone, and by email.

You will meet quarterly targets, engage in cross-selling, complete compliance training, and stay informed about credit union products. The role offers $22.55–$26.00 per hour plus monthly incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months in a fast-paced sales or customer service role preferred; financial services experience is a plus.
• Ability to listen to members' needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; concise and logical.
• Demonstrated time management and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; notary preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process routine financial transactions for members including deposits and withdrawals, loan payments, and cashier's checks.
• Establish and maintain member deposit and loan accounts.
• Provide high-quality member service and address concerns promptly.
• Identify and recommend products/services to meet members' needs and partner with service teams.
• Meet quarterly metrics and sales targets; participate in campaigns and referrals.
• Complete required compliance training and stay current on credit union products.
