Job summary

Qualifications

• Keeps current with all systems used for branch transaction processing
• Demonstrates strong customer service skills and the ability to support teamwork
• Ability to work a flexible and/or rotating schedule; travel may be required

Responsibilities

• Responds to customers' needs in an accurate and timely fashion, leveraging available resources and tools
• Evaluates clients' needs and offers appropriate financial products and services through needs-based conversations
• Performs routine teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, checks, and loan payments
• Supports branch growth and profitability by implementing sales and service initiatives
• Aims to achieve/exceed individual and team sales, service, and operations goals
• Maintains compliance with federal/state regulations and bank policies; participates in audits
• Assists with supervision of banking center staff, coaching and onboarding new bankers
