• Strong coaching and leadership abilities.
• Working knowledge of branch transaction processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers' needs in an accurate and timely fashion using available tools.
• Evaluate clients' needs and offer appropriate financial products through needs-based conversations.
• Assist with supervision and coaching of branch colleagues and onboarding of new bankers.
• Meet or exceed branch goals in sales, service, and operations.
