Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a friendly, outgoing Bank Customer Service Associate to help customers with financial solutions, opening accounts, and providing trusted advice. You’ll guide clients through digital banking options and collaborate with Wealth Management and Mortgage teams to tailor services.

The role includes outbound calls to grow the customer base. Hours are 40 per week with a pay range starting at $25/hour, plus incentives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships and referring products and services.
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals.
• Must meet SAFE Act requirements and pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first banking options.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
