Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand financial priorities and recommend personalized banking solutions.
• Identify and fulfill client deposit and borrowing needs; assist with account openings and loan applications.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients' goals and cross-sell bank products.
• Refer clients to bank partners for additional services and referrals.
• Conduct regular outreach to clients and prospects with tailored financial solutions.
• Support a high-performing sales culture by coaching associates on sales and product knowledge.
