Fulton Bank in Berlin, NJ, is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional customer experiences through service and sales. This full-time role (about 40 hours/week, no Sundays) is based at our Berlin financial center on 220 N.

Route 73 and requires availability to be scheduled around branch hours. You will open accounts, assist with lending, and refer partner products while guiding customers in digital tools to deepen relationships and meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 or more years customer service or sales experience.
• Pro-active and result oriented (Preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to have needs-based conversations (Preferred).

Responsabilités

• Drive proactive sales conversations by engaging in outbound campaign calls and inbound inquiries, scheduling appointments, and engaging customers in the lobby during transactions.
• Leverage CRM and other resources to foster relationship-building conversations and onboarding of new customers.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and Fulton policies while exercising sound judgment within limits.
• Use digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
