Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.

• Licensure in Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry preferred but may be required.
• Overnight travel may be required for onboarding.

Responsabilités

• Promotes the sales process through greeting customers, identifying customer service and product needs, leveraging sales leads, and outbound calling. Makes appropriate recommendations in selling and cross-selling of bank products and services.
• Input and maintain data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants using branch technology.
• Performs routine teller transactions and other operational duties according to policies.
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
• Comply with risk management and regulatory requirements.
