Central Bank is hiring a Relationship Banker to join our Westminster Team. You will help customers Dream Bigger and Bank Better by delivering a positive banking experience and building lasting relationships with personal and business clients.

Responsibilities include opening/closing accounts, cross-selling products, guiding customers through online banking, and maintaining branch standards while driving sales and referrals.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to cross-sell banking products to customers.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships through communication and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Open or close accounts and process related paperwork in compliance with regulations and bank policies.
• Cross-sell banking products and services while maintaining positive relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with online banking setup and troubleshooting, including bill pay and account management.
• Handle bulk check orders and resolve related issues.
• Maintain branch standards, direct lobby/phone traffic, and manage supplies.
