You will open and close accounts, cross-sell products, and guide customers through online banking, bill pay, and account management. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential as you grow our customer base.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in banking or financial services preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Direct customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with tact and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Open/close accounts and products per regulations and paperwork.
• Cross-sell banking products and maintain profitable customer relationships.
• Facilitate referrals for loans, merchant services, or investments and track them.
• Assist customers with online banking, bill pay, and account management.
• Provide legendary service with inquiries, balancing, and reconciliation.
