Responsibilities

• Build trust with customers by identifying financial needs and offering appropriate bank products.
• Assist with account openings and financial transactions in a friendly, professional manner.
• Educate customers on banking tools, services, and digital platforms.
• Meet and exceed sales goals by promoting checking, loans, cards, and other products.
• Balance cash drawer and research discrepancies.
• Make referrals to other lines of business for additional products.
