Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and expertise in a Branch setting. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, leveraging financial knowledge to provide tailored solutions and support the branch's success.

The role requires strong communication, a proactive approach to client needs, and the ability to navigate regulatory requirements while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; license within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand clients and anticipate needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to effectively consult with clients and connect them to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
