Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and meet compliance obligations.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• The SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients about technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet banking needs anytime.
• Learn products and procedures to effectively consult and connect clients to specialists for needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
