Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a client service oriented professional for in-branch and phone-based service. You will develop and expand client relationships, provide financial solutions, and collaborate with colleagues to refer complex needs to specialists.

Some teller duties may be performed as needed. Responsibilities include proactive relationship management, meeting service and sales targets, and supporting the branch with customer interactions and transactions.Weekend and extended

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check.

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and advanced sales functions regarding deposit, credit, convenience and other product and service lines.
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service and sales targets by offering products and services to develop, expand and retain relationships.
• Supports team sales process by conducting consultative conversations and referring complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participates fully in all components of the Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attends training on sales, service and product knowledge meetings and web-based learning to advance knowledge.
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
• Ensures compliance with internal controls and policies; stays informed of policy changes.
• Engages clients pleasantly during transactions and assists with navigating the branch.
