Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days, with NMLS background checks and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide an industry leading client service experience in person and on the phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships through consultative conversations and referrals.
• Refer more complex client needs to internal specialists for opportunities.
• Participate in all components of the Retail Community Bank leadership routines.
• Attend training and product knowledge meetings to improve sales techniques and knowledge.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and risk management guidelines.
• Engage clients with courteous conversations during teller transactions and assist navigation in the branch.
