Qualifications

• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses are minimum requirements; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients and build trust.
• Educate clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to experts.
