Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver welcoming, customer-centered service at a Chase Branch, leveraging banking solutions and technology to address clients' financial needs.

You will build lasting relationships, tailor product recommendations, and collaborate with specialists while ensuring compliance. Weekend/evening hours required; robust, customer-focused experience welcomed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration and Life licenses required; licenses must be obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone, build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
