Qualifications

• Must obtain SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (including 63 if required) and Life licenses within 180 days of hire.
• Must comply with licensing program requirements and ongoing regulatory training.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them regularly to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and address client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and coordinate with specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
