Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients – elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions, tailoring features of products to clients’ needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training and compliance.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand clients and anticipate needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Meet with branch clients in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor financial solutions.
• Learn products quickly and consult with experts to address specialized financial needs.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling, while following bank policies.
