Qualifications

Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to build trust.
Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person and over the phone.
Educate clients to use Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for their needs.
Learn products, services and procedures quickly and effectively consult with clients and experts.
Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
