You will help clients with in-branch and phone support, while maintaining compliance and building lasting relationships.

You will learn products quickly, collaborate with experts, and educate clients on Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATM usage to improve their banking experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients – elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver service that creates a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite communication to help clients and build trust – ask questions and listen.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, in person and over the phone, to tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients to technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult clients on banking solutions and connect them with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
