Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with a track record of acquiring and growing clients.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service levels.
• Excellent communication in person and over the phone, tailoring product benefits.
• Resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining trust.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training and compliance.
• High school diploma or GED; possess SIE, FINRA 6, 63, Life licenses or enroll in JPM licensing.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to deepen relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
