Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in Colorado Springs to represent the brand with hospitality and helpful service. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships using financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions and to help address their financial needs.

You will collaborate with a team, adhere to policies and regulatory requirements, and help clients navigate technology tools to meet their banking goals. Experience in retail banking and a high school diploma are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor products to client needs.
• Ability to work hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service in a welcoming branch environment.
• Manage clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust with clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
