Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or financial services.
• Proven ability to acquire new clients and deepen relationships.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone conversations.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and empathy.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum; licenses must be obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first, deliver attentive, friendly service and create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them regularly, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to effectively consult on banking solutions.
• Collaborate with team of experts for specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
