Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional client service, build lasting relationships, and provide thoughtful financial solutions at a branch location in Indianapolis.

You will engage clients in person and by phone, leveraging technology to streamline banking needs and collaborate with specialists for complex requirements. The role requires compliance with banking regulations and licensing where applicable; weekend/evening hours are often required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
• All unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service to build trust.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to grow relationships.
• Educate clients on technology solutions and banking products.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
