Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or financial services with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while adhering to risk params.
• Commitment to training and compliance with banking regulations.
• High school diploma or GED, and required registrations/licensing within the specified timeframe.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand and address client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients with specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
