Job summary

Truist is seeking a motivated Retail Banking team member in Florida to provide outstanding client experiences, conduct a mix of complex and standard transactions, and uncover client needs. You will educate customers on ATMs, Online and Mobile banking to make banking easier and improve service quality.

You will support the sales process with outbound outreach, offers review, and referrals to branch specialists, while adhering to policies and participating in ongoing training and leadership

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience preferred.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation; basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experiences and handle complex and standard transactions while uncovering needs.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls, checking offers, and referring clients to branch team members or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training programs.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies; stay updated on policy changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution; manage workload based on branch needs.
