The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years of client sales/service, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency. Some travel and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office).
• SAFE compliance within 30 days and background checks as required.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced client maintenance requests and sales support.
• Contribute to meeting client service and branch sales targets.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists for growth opportunities.
• Participate in leadership routines and sales activities.

• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to policies and preserve risk controls and compliance.
• Ensure a consistent service experience during teller transactions.
