Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with the ability to tailor product benefits to diverse needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues quickly with attention to detail, ensuring consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training and compliance obligations.
• Minimum high school degree; professional licenses as required (SIE, Series 6, Life, state registrations).

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients and build trust.
• Educate clients to use technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) as needed.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
