Job summary

Truist Wealth in Apex, NC is seeking a Regular full-time team member to provide timely client transactions and maintain accurate records while delivering superior service. You will educate clients on digital banking, support sales opportunities, and uphold internal controls.

Responsibilities include handling complex and standard transactions, assisting with new account openings, and participating in leadership routines. The role requires weekend/extended hours availability and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, handling complex and standard transactions, and uncovering needs.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (ATMs, Online, Mobile) to improve service.
• Support sales by outbound calls, identifying client needs and referring to branch team.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
