Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use a PC and standard software for branch operations.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel as needed and work weekends or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate client transactions and maintain proper records.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (ATM, Online and Mobile).
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs for branch referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to enhance product knowledge and service delivery.
