• NMLS registration required under SAFE Act

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients across channels including in-person, by appointment, and virtually.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital banking products and self-service technologies.
• Identify solutions based on customer needs and promote bank services.
• Maintain knowledge of banking policies and support systems and provide accurate information.
