Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers across channels (in-person, by appointment, virtual).
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services and recommend solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Proactively educate clients on digital self-service tools and resources.
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies and support systems and collaborate with branch team.
