• Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training

Responsibilities

• Engage clients across in-person, by appointment and virtual channels to provide financial counsel and a digital-first experience
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services and recommend suitable solutions
• Collaborate with branch team members to serve clients with operational excellence and accuracy
• Demonstrate and promote digital products and self-service technologies to meet client needs
