Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Relationship Banker in San Francisco to engage customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels, building trusted relationships and advising on deposit and loan products.

You will open new accounts, process requests, promote digital banking tools, and collaborate with branch teammates to deliver an exceptional client experience while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by engaging and communicating with clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
• Proactively educates clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services to assist with meeting their financial needs.
• Leverages resources to optimize the client experience and serve our clients with operational excellence and accuracy.
